DPhil Politics/IR Graduate Seminar - CALL FOR PROPOSALS
Dates: Week 5 to 9 Michaelmas 2018 Venue: Nuffield college Deadline for proposals: 14 Oct 2018, invite sent by 20 Oct 2018 We are pleased to announce the second DPhil Politics/IR graduate seminar. The seminar provides, DPhil students, with research in Politics/ IR, across all years at Oxford, an opportunity to discuss their research with their peers and invited faculty members. The workshop is supported by the DPIR, and is organized by students in cooperation with Ben Ansell, Andy Eggers and David Rueda. We encourage early stage work, such as preliminary analysis or chapters from your transfer, as well as, work in progress such as drafts of confirmation chapters/ articles, working papers (outside thesis articles are also welcomed). Participants will make short presentations and faculty members/ post-docs/recent DPhils will be invited to provide feedback. The event will be spread over later weeks in Michaelmas. Everyone is invited to attend and the schedule will be made available on the program website. If you wish to participate please fill in this short survey.
